2025 Junior/Senior Prom
The 2025 Prom will be held on Friday, May 2 from 7 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. at the Westin Pittsburgh. The Westin is located at 1000 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15222
The Prom is a formal event. Gentlemen should wear a tux or suit and ladies should wear a short or long formal dress. Please be aware that your dates will be held accountable to the dress requirements set forth in the contract from the Office of Student Affairs. If your date does not comply with these dress requirements, then she will not be able to attend the Prom.
Location, Parking, and Ballroom Access:
- The event will be held in the ballroom on the 3rd floor. Please take the main elevator from the lot directly to the 3rd floor.
- Parking will be available for $16 in the attached hotel lot.
Cost and Ticket Sale Information:
- The cost per couple is $150. Single tickets may be purchased for $85.
- The ticket cost includes dinner, DJ, selfie station entertainment, and favor. If you or your date has a dietary restriction it must be indicated on the online form at the time of purchase. Specialty meals can not be ordered the week of the prom.
- The meal provided is:
- Spring greens salad (romaine, carrots, cucumbers, shredded cheddar with ranch or Italian dressing)
- Parmesan encrusted chicken, warm smoked tomato vinaigrette, rustic Yukon gold mashed potatoes, Honey roasted baby carrots, and dessert with classic cheesecake and four-layer chocolate decadent cake
- A gluten-free version of the above meal is available.
- Vegetarian meal: Seared gnocchi, vegetable medley with warm smoked tomato sauce
Ticket Sales:
- Ticket sales open on Monday, March 31 for seniors and on Wednesday, April 2 for juniors and seniors. The last day to purchase tickets will be Monday, April 14. The online portal will close at 4 p.m. Each student wishing to purchase a couple ticket must have a Prom Event Contract completed for his date in full.
- Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Students should complete a paper table form and place it in Ms. Sirockman’s mailbox on or before April 14. If a student’s name appears on two forms or a form is not submitted, a table will be chosen for that student. Tables can not be altered after April 14.
- No student who is on disciplinary probation or academic probation may purchase a ticket. No student who currently owes tuition may purchase a ticket.
- No refunds will be issued after April 14.
