Important Senior Parent Information

Senior Diploma Names

Letters were mailed to all Senior Parents on Friday, September 9, 2022, regarding their student’s diploma name. This information is to be emailed/returned to the Academic Affairs office by Friday, September 23, 2022. If you have not received this information, please contact Mrs. Beth Ann Corletti to be sure that your contact information is correct.

Below is a copy of the letter:

In a few short weeks, we will be submitting information to Jostens for the printing of diplomas for the Class of 2023. There are a limited number of characters that can be used for the diploma names. Since it is an official document, we highly recommend using first name, middle initial or full middle name, last name, and any appropriate suffix. If there is an issue with the number of available characters that can be used for an individual’s name, we will contact you.

If you should decide to return this sheet, PLEASE PRINT YOUR SON’S DIPLOMA NAME VERY NEATLY so there will be no misinterpretation of the information. Email is preferred.

All information must be received by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2022. It should also be noted that a diploma cannot be replaced or reproduced if lost or damaged.

Commencement Announcements

Jostens will be providing us a link for you to view their catalog which contains announcements, name cards, party items, etc. You are not obligated to purchase anything from this catalog unless you desire to do so. You will be notified by email or Eblast News once the link becomes available.

Cap & Gowns and Yearbook do not need to be purchased – these items are included in the Senior Tuition Fee. All Seniors completed an information form for Jostens regarding their caps and gowns in school during their homeroom period.
