Transcripts
Students or alumni who wish to request official transcripts must complete the appropriate transcript request form.
Please note:
- Central Catholic will not release any transcripts if you still have financial obligations owed to Central Catholic for any reason.
- Students are responsible for submitting Standardized test scores to colleges directly from the testing agency.
- If you request other materials be sent with your transcript, we will hold your transcript until ALL materials are available.
- Official Transcripts will NOT be handed directly to a student/graduate. Central Catholic will submit transcripts directly to the recipient.
